Varoom magazine, and the Varoomlab website, tracks and explores the work, the ideas, the people behind this flowering of creativity.
Expert writers from the illustration and design worlds, from newspapers and magazines, and specialists from our college network with professional and academic expertise, unpack the ways in which illustrative images are shaping culture and society. Varoomlab is a collaboration between the Association of Illustrators and a network of international colleges, which alongside regular updates is also a venue for the sharing of academic research and peer-reviewed articles.
